Maria has worked as a TV news presenter and reporter for a number of major international channels. Maria now presents flagship programmes for TRT World in Istanbul after key on-screen roles at the BBC, Bloomberg and CNBC in London and the Middle East.
During her seven years in the region, Maria worked as a newsreader in Bahrain and also reported from Syria, Jordan, Turkey and the UAE. In London, she hosted Bloomberg TV’s breakfast world news and covered the 2008 financial crisis from London and Spain.
Maria has worked closely with the CEO of Formula E taking the company from startup to a fully-fledged global series in just three years. She has been pivotal in successfully establishing global brand and media relationships worldwide.
