Let’s face it, we’ve seen nothing like the difficult times of the last 9 months and all the indications are that it’s going to continue for a while yet, unfortunately.
When the going gets tough…
The tough get going. Or so Billy Ocean told us.
With that in mind, faced with nearly every location shoot, exhibition and conference hosting gig getting canned in true Great British Presenters style we didn’t step back. Instead, we continued to invest in a ground-up rebuild of the website.
This added some important new features to help you find the perfect presenter. Fast.
We added a Home Studio filter as some of our presenters innovated by building their own home studio suitable for filming green screen shots, edit-ready for your YouTube, E-learning and Social Media videos.

Headhunting new talent…
We’ve also been out and headhunted some amazing new presenters many of whom are UK based and multi Lingual…such as Polly who is a native Russian speaker and immediately picked up a job in Moscow though filmed in London for one of the worlds leading PC manufacturers.
Multi lingual presenting talent at Great British Presenters
We absolutely love Polly …and her wicked sense of humour and Russian language is just a bonus, she’s just a brilliant presenter in English too!
Many clients tell us that being multi-lingual in front of the camera is one thing, but it’s an absolute win-win when the presenter can liaise directly with crew and clients can speak their language – when often the actual producer isn’t able to.
A few others who fall into the multi lingual pool are Veronica, a native UK based Spanish presenter who like Polly pulled in a great studio shoot within a few days of joining.
David Garrido – with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry a familiar face and name to all sports viewers including Match of the Day, Football Focus and Final Score, as well as presenting sports bulletins on the BBC News Channel and BBC World News.
He is able to present in English, French German and Spanish.
Priscilla is our new Cantonese presenter, educated in London and speaks perfect English too who compliments our other Chinese Mandarin speaker FenFen – a huge hit with clients both live and on video.

2020 certainly needed some glamour adding to it, so we sought out the lovely Melinda Messinger. She is one of the UK’s most loved celebrities and television presenters, but many people don’t know that she has spent the past five year pursuing a childhood dream of training to be a psychotherapist.
She is a popular awards host, public speaker, social influencer and corporate presenter.

What for 2021?
Well firstly, we really hope we can actually meet up with you in person. Not only because we are a people business, but in will mean that the COVID situation is behind us all, especially in the events industry.
Who could have guessed that when we were on our booth at Confex in EXCEL in February, that weeks alter it would have become the Nightingale Hospital. Quite literally were we were standing.
It’s been a challenging year which in spite of the setbacks, a whole bunch of great UK and International assignments having materialised and we’re already set for what looks like an amazing 2021, conditions pending.
Early next year we already have lots of shoots already booked in from London, Germany, Netherlands to Johannesburg, let’s just hope clients don’t suffer more disruption to their exciting media plans.
