Sunita is passionate about property and still works in the industry, renting, selling, styling, relocating, renovating and swapping!  Sunita has become a familiar face on our screens presenting a mix of shows across various networks.

Sunita is also an actress and has appeared in some of Britains favourite soaps, Corrie, Emmerdale and The Bill and also several dramas and films!  Sunita is currently working on a number of film projects as a producer.

Sunita Shroff  Travel & Property Presenter

Her passions include fashion, travel and property – she fronts Women In The Property Market (SKY).  A subscriber to the fast life, Sunita recently embarked on a 900-mile 4X4 rally around the UK and in doing so raised £2000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.  In addition, Sunita was a red carpet host at BAFTA!

Sunita has fronted many property shows like ITV’s Moving Day and BBC’s Get A New Life, and not forgetting ITV’s House Swap with the late great Kristian Digby. She has also done a number of other property shows like ITV’s Escape to the Country and Amazing Spaces.

Sunita Shroff  Secret Location Series

Her most current series was filming for Channel 4 in a show called Secret Location where she had to use her powers of persuasion to get folk to areas they wouldn’t dream of and also to properties they may ordinarily have turned their noses up at but would be fantastic for them! So thinking outside the box and also coming up with unique and unusual properties and potential investments and homes is something she loves doing!

She is currently working with 3 different budgets and requirements at the moment covering a plethora of styles and areas and offering clients advice as to what would work best to maximise space. As always trying to keep their investments safe while making these amazing spaces their homes/castles/workplaces etc something they are proud of!
