Esme is a confident and personable presenter who enjoys meeting and working with new people. She was previously the network weather presenter for Made Television, a group of local TV channels on Freeview, Virgin and Sky.
She was responsible for scripting, presenting and editing multiple forecasts for different regions across the UK.
Alongside this she gained lots of other TV presenting experience; hosting the live 2 hour show on Made in Bristol which included sofa interviews and chats, reporting live on the finish line at Great Run events such as the Bristol 10k and Bristol Half Marathon, as well as presenting her own festive show called ‘Christmas at Home’ where she learnt about reindeer and how to make the perfect roast potato from a Michelin star chef.
Esme has plenty of experience using autocue, green screen, learning scripts, receiving in-ear instructions and reporting/interviewing, and has now entered the freelance world, booking new jobs in the corporate and online sector, presenting videos and providing the voiceover.
In her free time, she enjoys horse riding and being outdoors in the countryside where she lives. Esme is a big animal lover and enjoys working with them.
Prior to becoming a presenter, she had wanted to be a midwife, and so worked as a nursing assistant on a care of the elderly ward in a busy hospital. A bizarre career change led her to work in online radio as a co-host and into the world of TV, which she loves.
