His session was the most talked about of the day and staff were really keen to reflect on what he covered in his talk. He effortlessly combined humour with some very pointed observations that encouraged staff to reflect on their own perceptions of SEND.

He was very skillful in the way that he delivered his message, which meant that it really had an impact on those who took part in today’s conference.  I thought his session was so excellent that I have already recommended him as a speaker to the Lead SEND advisor in Hertfordshire, so I imagine quite a few of the schools in Hertfordshire will be in contact to book him shortly!
