Gabrielle has spent over three decades in front of the camera, in print, TV and film, and continues to work as a TV Beauty Presenter, Skin Wellness Expert and Beauty Writer. A global campaign for Diesel Jeans skyrocketed her modelling career at the age of seventeen, ensuing a frenzied flurry of direct booking for brands like Pepsi, H&M, Virgin Atlantic, Agent Provocateur, plus editorial shoots for Italian Vogue, Grazia, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Harpers. Gabrielle has guest starred in top-rating CBS shows, including “CSI: Vegas” and “How I Met Your Mother”, as well as BBC 2’s comedy “Happiness” and Sky One’s “Mile High”. Today, as a Guest Beauty Presenter, she shares her skincare knowledge and expertise on the world’s biggest shopping channel, QVC.
Today, she is a qualified skin professional and nail tech and an expert in skincare, haircare, nail and beauty products, beauty nutrition, and wellness.
Signed to Elite Model Management at age fifteen, Gabrielle travelled the globe throughout the 90s, working with their sister agents in New York, Miami, Germany, Milan and Paris. She shot editorial campaigns and commercials and walked in fashion shows —including a Dolce & Gabbana show with Madonna on live Italian TV.
She regularly modeled in The Clothes Show UK and graced the pages of popular women’s catalogues, Grattans and Freeman’s. Gabrielle’s TV career started in Australia on Channel 9’s popular live show, “The Footy Show” (1998), which led to presenting roles on Total Sport (1999), Network Ten, and her own dating show, “Love Rules” (2000), on Network Ten.
Throughout her career, she appeared on numerous shows, including Burkes’s Backyard, Good Morning Australia, An Audience With Dame Edna, Midday, and Beauty And The Beast. She also presented awards at The TV Week Logie Awards and The British Soap Awards.
In 2001, Gabrielle returned to the UK to co-host “Desert Forges” in the Wadi Rum Desert for Channel 5 and “Dial-A-Date” (2002) for ITV. Before heading back to Australia to appear as a celebrity contestant on “Dancing With The Stars” (2004) followed by “Celebrity Survivor” (2006), both on Channel 7. During this time, she was featured on countless magazine covers from Black + White, FHM, Maxim, Inside Sport, Loaded, and Ralph Magazine to the 20th Anniversary Edition of Australian Playboy Magazine.
Two decades of long hours and layers of toxic makeup took a toll on Gabrielle’s skin and well-being. She took a break from the spotlight to explore her true passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Over the years, she had developed a keen understanding of beauty products and an advanced knowledge of ingredients and their effects on her skin and health —before ‘clean beauty’ existed!
Today, Gabrielle is an NVQ-qualified skin Therapist, Skin Nutrition Advisor™, Beauty Presenter, and Beauty Writer. She has written articles for some of the biggest beauty retailers in the world, The Perfume Shop, Superdrug, and Marionnaud, as well as luxury lifestyle platforms and clean beauty brands. Her skincare advice has been featured in the Daily Mail, Bustle, InStyle, MollySims, Woman & Home, SheFinds, and many more.
