Simon is most famous for being the Royal florist, clients include HRH The Prince of Wales, Her Majesty the Queen, former US President George Bush, Her Majesty Queen Sonja of Norway, Sir Elton John, Nicky Haslam and Ringo Starr.

For this corporate gig Simon created the perfect afternoon tea session with different arrangements using teacups, which went down so well the client immediately re-booked him for another event in Florida at their US company.
