Dave – talented live music host at Bradford’s key music event!
17th May 2019
Live music host Dave Payne headed back to Bradford last week for another high profile music and cultural event.
Having amassed hundreds of hours of experience on live TV puts Dave in the right place to hold a crowd. It’s second nature to him, a quality recognised by Bradford City Council when they stage their music and community events. A quick-witted sense of fun and wicked humour means he’s their go-to guy, especially as being originally from Leeds it’s back on his home turf!
He regularly hosts for the likes of ‘Open Mic UK’, ‘Britain Does Variety’ and ‘TeenStar’ where he has featured as event host at top venues like the O2, the NEC and the Copper Box Arena.
Dave is equally at home for high profile business events or more entertainment-based events. Here he is hosting the Excellence Awards for a Singapore based client, something he has been rebooked for the last 5 years. He’s hosted award ceremonies for Standard Chartered Banking, Coca Cola and Three Mobile.
Dave’s talents as an experienced presenter go behind the camera too. He’s produced and directed children’s TV and has been a voice-over artist for Sky Living, Sky 1, Channel 5 and Sky Sports, introducing the likes of CSI, America’s Next Top Model and UEFA Football.
“Please could you pass my huge thanks on to Dave for his work this week? He was fantastic at all moments, really easy to work with, amusing , got the audience involved, fun ideas etc. It all worked beautifully to support and enhance our events.
Looking forward to working with him again in June”
