Her plant-based recipes and features have appeared in ELLE, WW, Women’s Health, Vegan Food & Living, Time Out, and Take a Break, among others, with Cosmopolitan regularly collaborating with her to deliver virtual plant-based masterclasses for its readers.
Alongside her writing, Lisa is a familiar face across live and digital media, appearing on podcasts, live cook-alongs, food festivals, and the popular show Live from Studio M, where she cooks her recipes live throughout the year. Her passion also extends to chocolate and baking; in 2008, she founded The Cocoa Box UK, which has since taught over 90,000 guests the art of chocolate making and cake decorating through fully plant-based workshops. Lisa has also worked closely with the Cake & Bake Show for the past eight years, sharing her expertise through demonstrations, recipes, and baking tips.

Whilst Chocolate and Patisserie are her overriding passions, as a vegan chef, day-to-day she loves cooking with fresh, organic ingredients, taking influence from travel food writer and restaurateur Yotam Ottolenghi. In the corporate world, Lisa has written, demonstrated through video programmes and endorsed the likes of Britannia Cookers, Tesco and Dr Oetker.
