To her, quality food isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life, and she aims to cook flavourful, appetising and modern plant-based recipes inspired by this love of food. Whilst confectionary, chocolate and patisserie are her big passions, she loves cooking with fresh, organic ingredients, taking inspiration from experts Richard Bertiniet and fellow Great British Speaker Yotam Ottolenghi.
She is a talented confectioner, chocolatier and pastry chef, with a range of experience in live and recorded TV filming, teaching and event speaking, as well as live exhibition demonstrations at the likes of The Ideal Home Show, The Cake and Bake Show and Grand Designs.
