As the founder of Wonder Women TV, Ria Hebden is front and centre when it comes to discussing diversity and the inclusion of women in the media. Through this, she produces a podcast with the same title, where she has interviewed CEO Steph Douglas, TV Commissioning Editor Sarah Asante, MD Angela Ferreira, and Screenwriter Kay Mellor, amongst many others. She also produces Wonder Women Live!, an annual event held on International Women’s Day, which brings creative women together. Wonder Women TV provides a mentoring programme, empowering the next generation of diverse female leaders in television and other creative industries.

As well as interviewing the ‘everyday’ person, Ria is a confident interviewer of A-list celebrities, including Sandi Toksvig, Ruby Wax, Kim Cattrall, John Boyega, and Idris Elba.
