Clive Myrie

Clive Myrie is one of the main presenters for BBC News on BBC One. He has anchored on location several recent key stories, including the Sri Lanka and New Zealand terror attacks, Donald Trump’s state visit to London, the resignation of Prime Minister Theresa May, and Boris Johnson’s first day as PM at Downing Street after the election. He also recently covered the horrific wildfires in Australia.

His work in 2018 covering Mexico’s drug cartels received universal acclaim and was nominated for no less than eight international awards.

Clive’s recent work on knife crime in the UK for the BBC’s News at Ten also garnered much praise.

Most recently he has donned his hard hat reporting live every evening from Kiev on the continuing conflict in the Ukraine.
