Alastair is the host of the Generationally Speaking podcast. The podcast explores the fascinating world of generational communication. Through engaging conversations and expert insights, he looks at what makes each generation unique, how they think, and what it’s like to work with them. He debunks myths and challenges preconceptions, as well as learning practical tips for navigating generational dynamics in the workplace and beyond.
He is also working on his book about generational communication; based on his study of how the generations communicate in the modern day, he looks at generational thinking as well as the accepted views of generational behaviour. It will also be one of the first studies into Generation Alpha (aged up to 13 years old) and how they communicate at home and in school. It is due to be published in late 2025.
