In previous years, Nahla has cycled 3000 miles across America after purchasing a bike just six weeks before and walked 500 miles from South to North England with no money, relying only on the kindness of strangers. Through her events, she asks people to show their support by simply doing an act of kindness for a stranger rather than the usual request to sponsor money.
In August, Nahla will set off to travel an eye watering 4500 miles on an ElliptiGO bike, to 20 countries completing 20 kindness challenges, as well as breaking 2 World Records; most countries travelled on an Elliptigo bike on a single trip and the longest distance travelled on an Elliptigo bike in a single trip.
The challenges she will complete in each country will vary and showcase beautiful kindness causes throughout Europe. Such acts as giving a day of free hugs in Finland, to feeding 100 people with £10 in Estonia, to setting up a Free Listening movement (Urban Confessional) in Slovenia and so much more.
The Journey will finish on World Kindness Day, 17th November in Luxembourg.
The 3 and half month Kindness journey will be made into a film to share the story of kindness, have that important conversation about it, inspiring and promoting more kindness in society.
There will be a chance for people to get involved too through the kick starter campaign that will be launched on the 1st of March and end on the 30th of March 2020 so that others can be part of inspiring kindness throughout the world, receiving rewards such as being part of the film and tickets for the premiere.
