She initially came to prominence appearing on BBC’s The Apprentice (2014) where she initially pitched her idea to redefine nude hosiery. It was this commitment to e-commerce that saw her being named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 List.

Bianca founded the ‘go to’ personal branding brand, helping to harness workforce potential. The business has an impressive list of clients including Accenture, AMEX, Barclays, BT, CMS LLP, EY, Google, HSBC, KPMG, LSE, PWC, and UAL.

Bianca Miller-Cole is a serial entrepreneur, with a number of successful businesses under her belt.

In 2012, she founded The Be Group, a go-to personal branding consultancy in the UK offering interactive and actionable training and coaching. Bianca has worked with household names in industries including education and technology, across all employment levels. In 2014 she founded Bianca Miller Limited, a hosiery brand offering a range of nude tones random from English Rose to Sub-Saharan African, catering for women who “do not fit into the three or so standard nude tones”.

She is also a business mentor for the Self Made Mastermind and Mentoring Community, who have mentored over 1,000 people with her business partner Byron Cole.

Bianca Miller-Cole is the author of three (as of June 2024) successful business books, including the No1 bestseller Self Made: The Definitive Guide to Business Startup Success (2017). She followed this up in 2021 with The Business Survival Kit, a book that aims to help busy professionals to not only survive, but thrive in business. It became a Sunday Times bestseller in two categories within a week of publication. Then in 2023, she published Rich Forever: What They Didn’t Teach You About Money, Finance and Investments in School, which aimed to teach readers everything they need to know about money.

Bianca is also a familiar face on our television screens. She came second on the 2014 series of The Apprentice, in a hotly contested final. In 2016 she starred in the CBBC show Pocket Money Pitch as a business advisor to a group of entrepreneurs aged 7-14. In 2021, she became the host of Channel 4’s Save Well, Spend Better, a lifestyle series where people have honest conversations about their financial dilemmas.

Bianca’s personable nature and easy-to-understand finance and business talks, has helped her to amass an online social media following of over 80,000 across all platforms.
