Donna Hubbard is the founder of The Evolve Co., a leadership communication consultancy specialising in communication, culture and the human side of performance. Her 14 years of experience working with leaders and teams means she understands the subjects that matter to businesses, and how to make those conversations engaging and accessible for diverse audiences. At The Evolve Co., she helps organisations strengthen the human side of communication, collaboration, and leadership through experimental learning. Whether supporting new managers, experienced leaders, or teams navigating change, her focus is to create meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, strengthen relationships, and help people communicate what matters most.

Before becoming a coach, Donna had a successful career within marketing and events and was the creator of Business Link in London’s flagship conference ‘We Mean Business’ which attracted up to 500 of London’s SMEs per year. This background in event and project management gave Donna the understanding as to what makes a transformative group learning experience, and she applies these insights in her training style today.

She also brings podcasting experience, where her conversational style and genuine interest in people allow her to draw out stories, insights, and perspectives from her guests. She is particularly skilled at creating the conditions for people to relax, open up and have conversations that feel natural and authentic. She believes that every event presents an opportunity for people to feel connected, valued, and inspired, and her role is to help create an experience they will remember.
