Lousie delivered a powerful, interactive talk to our team that was hard-hitting but resonated with many in the room. We appreciated her honesty while talking about certain, very personal subjects that most would find difficult to discuss even with those closest to them, let alone in an unfamiliar group. Louise was very happy to support anybody in our team who came forward after the talk to speak with her on an individual basis, of which there were several. I would absolutely recommend her to other businesses who are seeking new ways to promote wellbeing amongst its employees.
Chris Pearce, Finance Manager, Suez
Louise shared her story which was truly inspirational and really resonated with our employees and myself which was thought provoking, motivational and empowering. It was a true eye opener to show that you are not alone and there are always choices to be made to help everyone attain their goals in life and business.
Sandra White, Accounting Manager, Enterprise
I arranged for Louise to give a talk to our team. Her talk was very inspirational. By sharing her own experience, Louise gives a very honest account of what she was going through, how she was feeling and how we too can find a way to deal with what we are going through. She left us with some very useful tools we can apply every day. Louise is very personable and a great speaker.
Anne Moirez, Marketing Manager, Altus
Louise certainly stands out from the crowd. A real life journey where she talks about her challenges with depression, anxiety and breast cancer. Sadly subjects that many would have experienced BUT the way that Louise delivers her talks to the audience is with humour as well as feeling.”

I recently had the pleasure of hearing Louise speak at a networking event. Louise’s story was inspiring, emotional and relatable and though the story was personal, Louise captured some of the difficulties we all face in life. It was a humbling reminder that while sometimes things don’t go how we planned, or how we want them to, each of us has so much resilience and power to overcome obstacles. I would highly recommend Louise.
