After the band, Vonda presented two shows on Sky, The Guest List and Vonda and the Doc which was a type of embarrassing bodies show and her interest in health and wellbeing was born.
Motherhood persuaded Vonda to take a few years off to bring up her two young children and in the meantime successfully open an upmarket children’s fashion and gift store.
Recently Vonda has now returned to our screens with appearances in several films and TV commercials for health, fitness and beauty products.

In her free time, Vonda can be seen at the gym working out including Spinning and Pilates. As an ex-dancer, this has always been an integral part of her life. She comes from a very theatrical family with her mother a dancer for many years with Saddlers Wells and her sister, the actress Cindy Shelley, from The Young Ones, Bottom and Howards Way.
Vonda has a solid background in property development in the UK. Her love of restoring and developing was initiated as a child watching and learning from her father who was in property for over 50 years. As well as the creative process of restoring properties, her love for interior design has been apparent in each development she has been involved in and nowadays her design skills have been sort after to help clients create their dream look in their homes. She is also studying to become a Pilates teacher as well as researching the benefits of nutrition and exercise and the role they play in our health from childhood to adulthood.

For over eight years, Vonda was a regular fashion Expert on QVC for several fashion brands including the Brand Ambassador for the sports brand, Skechers.
As a speaker is also good for lifestyle and women’s issues, she suffered from anorexia and was a single mum with 2 children.
