In addition to her broadcasting work, Emily is an accomplished emcee, host, and moderator who engages audiences at virtual events, awards ceremonies, and other live gatherings.

Since 2019 Emily has worked at News UK, and is currently one of the main news presenters on the new channel. Prior to working at News UK, Emily co-presented the breakfast show for Global at Capital FM South Coast between 2018 and 2019.

Before entering the media industry, Emily graduated in Musical Theatre, and worked in the field for more than five years, appearing in various musicals, operettas, pantomimes and TV programmes.

Emily Rose is the creator and host of The Health Review podcast, where Emily uses her journalism background to break down complex wellness topics and explore the latest science with leading experts. Recently featured by Apple Podcasts in their “Popular Shows” section under Alternative Health, the show speaks to a growing audience of health-conscious millennials and Gen Z listeners who want clear, focused information about how to take control of their health.
