Sam Jones is a Gen Z speaker and the founder of several companies and applications (All In, TwentySomeone, TIME Score, Jetbrek) in the area of mental wellbeing and has been a personal coach for over 400 clients, including many young celebrities, influencers and entrepreneurs.
After being on Jobseekers Allowance at 21, Sam now works with a range of global brands and individuals to help them feel better and perform better. He also created a public community of over 7,000 members where he could provide on-the-ground learning experiences and workshops for modern-day twenty and thirty year olds.
Gen Z speaker Sam’s mission is to change the way young people attain mental wellbeing and life direction through simple, down-to-earth support. He reaches over 30,000 people a week on Instagram, mainly 20-35 year olds in the UK and US, and has led research projects into understanding mental wellbeing in young people which reached five continents in just 12 months.
He has worked with the likes of ASOS, News UK, P&G and Unilever, from coaching their staff, helping them to understand millennials and helping build new brand strategies.
Gen Z speaker Sam’s expertise, gained through the mentoring of pioneering emerging-adulthood researcher Jeffrey Arnett, ensures that he creates unique, tailored keynotes and group-learning experiences from the perspective of young people.
He has presented over 100 keynotes and workshops, from audiences as small as 10 and as big as 250 people, and his laidback style makes him a great, relatable speaker for many types of events.
