Alongside her broadcasting career, Lou is a sought‑after presenter for corporate films, podcasts and voiceover work, and an experienced facilitator for events across the charity, public and Blue Chip sectors. She also appears regularly on television as both a presenter and a reporter, fully adept at ad hoc reporting, as she is used to autocue work.
A confident and charismatic live host, Lou thrives on stage. She has fronted award ceremonies, conferences, cookery theatre and large‑scale entertainment shows. Highlights include co‑hosting a Royal Gala charity performance at Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre, playing to an audience of 2,500, including HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh.

Lou also has extensive experience in media and crisis‑management training, working with major organisations to strengthen their communications under pressure. Her love of theatre has taken her onstage too, with roles in several pantomimes – including Dandini in Cinderella and a wickedly fun turn as the Stepmother in Snow White.
Outside of work, Louisa is passionate about the theatre and has recently been involved in producing shows at the London Hippodrome.
Behind the microphone, Louisa is an accomplished producer and programme‑maker. She has relaunched major BBC radio shows, helped secure permanent licences for multiple commercial stations nationwide, and worked in television as a Script Editor for BBC One’s EastEnders, Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast, and Central Television.
Her clients include BAE Systems, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, BBC Countryfile Live, Capita, Coca‑Cola, Dogs for the Disabled, Guide Dogs, Network Rail, the Royal Berkshire Show, Russian Ice Stars, Thales and The National Trust.
Behind the scenes, Louisa is an experienced producer, having re-launched many mainstream shows on BBC radio and won permanent licences for numerous commercial stations around the country. And, away from radio, she’s also worked as a Script Editor on the BBC’s flagship soap EastEnders, on Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast in the late nineties and at Central Television.
