Joti’s area of expertise is healthcare – with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and MSc. in Health Promotion, Joti developed a career in healthcare where led to her advising management teams of dementia care homes.

Aside from health psychology, Joti’s has a genuine passion for food and healthy living which Joti has been able to combine through working with global food brands on healthy eating campaigns for the South Asian communities to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.  In her free time, Joti loves nothing more than to mooch around the diverse food markets in London and take in a film or show and has even featured in various TV food commercials.
