A specialist in entertainment and celebrity, her fun, laid-back, but equally professional presenting style has resulted in opportunities to interview some of the entertainment industries finest, from Alexandra Burke and Wretch 32 to U.S boyband Mindless Behavior. Friendly and fun, Ayshia encourages her guests to open up, have a good time, and is not afraid to ask the questions that everyone wants to know. Having worked as a presenter, writer and voiceover artist for the likes of MTV, The Africa Channel, Live Magazine and The Community Channel, Ayshia has an array of presenting and writing experience – quickly becoming a well-known figure within the UK entertainment industry.
Starting her presenting career in 2012 whilst studying for a degree in Journalism, Ayshia always had dreams of being in front of the camera. Having trained at The Young Actors Theatre Islington for two years in her teens, and featuring in big budget films such as The Inbetweeners Movie and London Boulevard starring Keira Knightley and Colin Farrell – she had always longed for a career in entertainment from the tender age of 11. As well as TV & radio presenting, hosting, acting and modelling, Ayshia also runs a successful entertainment blog providing a personal take on the latest entertainment & showbiz news headlines, celebrity interviews and fun videos.
Helping those less fortunate than herself is also something that is very important to Ayshia and she one day hopes to start her own charity, The Extraordinary People Foundation helping those with visual deformities and disability around the world.
