Christian Howes has worked in the analytics/data industry for over 30 years, working for the likes of Unipath, Eli Lilly, Liberty, the AA, Lambeth Council, Silver Office, Which?, Panasonic Mobile Communications, Sony Computer Entertainment, Webtrends, Albion, and Accenture.
He has also provided marketing services to Accenture, sat as a non-executive director at MyEd.com – digitally transforming the admissions processes and home learning in education – worked as the director of data for Jungle Creations, and been director of Ketchum, running their research and analytics practice.
Christian has been a consultant for the Endemel Shine Group on how to develop data, AI, and machine learning for TV formats; and for Open Data Institute, assisting with research on how the Covid Pandemic impacted education.
In 2015, he co-founded Mr Bridger, a content creation business focussed on developing and delivering formats for production companies and all media channels.
Christian rose to fame when he began observing social media habits of viewers of reality TV. Speaking about his findings on Twitter, he got himself a weekly spot on Big Brother’s Bit on the Side to discuss his research and present his conclusions to the millions of viewers.
His long list of achievements include building the solution that joined digital data with existing customer and transactional data, enabling contextually-driven customer service; making analytics data available to buyers and merchandisers; providing customer insight about products sold and requested; and using paid social advertising as a testing platform for a large Telco.

He has also used his vast amount of social media data to accurately predict the results of the 2015 General Election, 2016 Brexit vote, 2017 Dutch election, and the 2017 US presidential election.
