Through appearances on the BBC News Channel, World TV and B4U Music, Attika has become a multi-platform performer.
Attika has a passion for films and has covered the Cannes Film Festival for several years and, for the first time in July 2017, she covered the International Indian Film Academy Awards in New York. She has also interviewed a number of high profiled Hollywood and Bollywood stars.
In a cameo role, Attika made her debut appearance in an international film as a host: the Pakistani film "Arth 2 – The Destination" released on the 21.12.17 - a remake of Mahesh Bhatt’s Bollywood film "Arth". And most recently is playing a presenter in the Bollywood film Aadat.
Attika supports and reports on developments within the movement "Women Empowerment"; she interviewed double gold champion Nicola Adams for the 2016 Olympics which got air coverage across World News, News Channel and the Victoria Derbyshire Show.
She also promotes human rights and reported in India about caste discrimination which has had global coverage across the world. She has campaigned for better funding for people with mental health problems, helping charities and joining television and radio discussions. Three years ago she made a short film about depression which was aired on BBC World and Radio 1 & 1xtra and has now has been used worldwide. Since then she has become a speaker on the subject.
She is a confident and accomplished public speaker at conferences, award ceremonies and other events such as fashion events in the UK and some much larger events in Pakistan, Malaysia and Bangladesh: reporting live on the BBC News Facebook page to 40 million followers.
Attika has boundless energy and is a very positive, family-orientated person and likes an adventure who's in demand in the UK and overseas because of her international appeal and her language skills.
